Jessica Rodriguez, CFRE
Jessica is the co-founder and managing partner of Cloud 9. With more than 20 years of nonprofit experience, she is the driving force behind the organization’s daily operations, significantly impacting our clients and communities. Jessica’s unparalleled ability to amplify giving and strengthen teams enables nonprofits to thrive. Leading the team from our Fort Lauderdale office, she combines strategic vision with a personal touch, always bringing joy wherever she goes. Jessica lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, Mario, and their children, Emma and Mario Jr.

Jessica Munday, MHA
Jessica is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping the greater good. In 2021, Munday co-founded Cloud 9 with her long-time friend and colleague, Jessica Rodriguez. As a seasoned strategic marketing professional with 25 years in the nonprofit sector, she enjoys working closely with nonprofit leaders to develop their brand strategies and communications to strengthen their ability to make a greater impact in the world. Jessica is based out of our Charleston office, where she lives with her husband, Jamie and their children, David, Hannah and Hudson.

Lenai Mejia
Lenai is a tenured nonprofit professional with a passion for giving it her all. She is part of Cloud 9’s leadership team and as a client advisor and director of operations, she delivers an excellent customer service experience, helps lead and manage our advisors, and ensures that expectations are not only met but exceeded. If you know anything about Cloud 9, you know Lenai is an integral part of the “Cloud 9 Way,” working hard behind the scenes and always with a smile on her face. Lenai is based in our Fort Lauderdale office and lives in Plantation with her husband, Fernando, and their cats, Maryjane and Gwen.

Heather Davidson
Heather helps Cloud 9’s clients by guiding them to success using her extensive experience in government affairs, research, strategic planning, evaluation, data analytics, program development and policy analysis. She is a dedicated nonprofit professional with 15 years of experience in the field. She recently earned a master’s in public health and policy. Her expertise includes economic development, healthcare access, behavioral health, affordable housing, education and child welfare. Her invaluable insights for nonprofits bring a level of service that helps elevate our clients. Heather is based in Pittsburgh, where she lives with her husband, Allan, and their children, Rhys and Cora.

Rachel Sylvester
A Nashville native, Rachel serves as the advisor services coordinator at Cloud 9, playing a crucial role in supporting our advisors and ensuring client success. Her passion for the nonprofit sector drives her career, fueling her commitment to fostering positive change. At Cloud 9, Rachel is dedicated to promoting our mission to nonprofits, ensuring our advisors have the support they need to help clients thrive, and is instrumental in our marketing efforts and sharing the Cloud 9 brand with the nonprofit sector. Rachel is based in our Fort Lauderdale office and lives in Plantation with her fiance, Damon and their dog, Ajax.

Kelly recently graduated from High Point University with a degree in advertising, public relations, and strategic communication and is eager to make a difference in the nonprofit sector. Based in Murrells Inlet, SC, she supports the advisors in serving clients, bringing enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to the team. Kelly is always ready to help tackle the challenges our clients face. We are excited to witness Kelly’s journey in this field.

Audrey is the lead events advisor for our clients, renowned for her meticulous event planning and unwavering dedication. She ensures successful client events, from impactful fundraisers to professional conferences and strategic board retreats. Audrey's keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence guarantee that every event is flawlessly executed, consistently exceeding client expectations and delivering outstanding results. Her expertise and passion make her an invaluable asset to our team and clients. Audrey is based in Fort Lauderdale, where she lives with her husband.

Donna Bailey
As Cloud 9’s bookkeeper since the company’s inception, Donna is an integral team member. She works closely with our administrative and financial team, ensuring clients receive timely invoices and maintaining up-to-date financial records. Donna also plays a crucial role in onboarding clients, contractors, and employees, ensuring a smooth process. Her dedication and comprehensive understanding of our operations make her an invaluable asset to Cloud 9 and a key contributor to our ongoing success. Donna is based in our Charleston office, where she lives with her husband, Phillip. They have four grown children.

Danielle Woodruff
Danielle serves as the office assistant at Cloud 9, providing essential administrative support to our leadership team. Her organizational skills and proactive approach ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Danielle's dedication and reliability make her a vital part of our team, allowing the leadership and advisory team to focus on strategic initiatives and helping ensure our clients thrive. Danielle is based in Virginia, where she lives with her husband, Joel and their sons, Josh and Gavin. She is also mom to Alyssa and has three granddaughters.
